Delivery times for an order will depend on the type of delivery selected.
Online deliveries cover the entire national territory and you can receive your order at the delivery address you provide. In addition, we also ship internationally, including to the United States and South America.

(*) These delivery times are estimates and begin counting from the 24 business hours after you receive confirmation that your order has been completed. Select store pickup if you'll be away from home or on vacation. You'll have several days and extended hours to collect your order. Plus, you'll be supporting our ECO initiative.
There will be no order processing or deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays, and no customer service will be available.

*For shipments to mainland Spain, orders will be processed once payment has been verified and provided the selected item is available. Your order may be cancelled if we do not have sufficient stock.
*For shipments to the Balearic Islands, orders have a delivery time of up to 5 to 8 business days.
*For shipments to the Canary Islands, shipping and customs costs are always the responsibility of the customer.

Product availability
All orders are subject to the availability of the selected products. If any difficulties arise due to any type of stock issue, we will contact you as soon as possible and try to obtain your purchased item as quickly as possible. If we are unable to obtain the selected item, we will refund the amount of the item.

Details to keep in mind:
Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are excluded from delivery times. National, regional, and local holidays in the area where our warehouse and logistics center is located are respected.
-During sales or promotional periods, deliveries may experience some delays and in-store pickup may be temporarily unavailable.
– Any delays in delivery could be due to various reasons, unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, and if the delivery area is located in rural or remote areas.

Exchanges and Returns
IMPORTANT: We do not handle exchanges and returns via Instagram direct messages.
You have up to 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order or from the date it arrives at the store to fill out the return form and request an exchange or refund. If more than 14 calendar days have passed since the delivery or shipment of the items, the exchange or refund will be cancelled.
*Items whose labels have been tampered with or show signs of use cannot be returned.
How can I exchange a size?

Go to the nearest store with the items you want to exchange and show proof of purchase (the email in case of online purchase) or we can send it to your home.

How can I return my order?
Orders that request to be returned as store credit will be credited.
with an additional 15% balance on top of your purchase amount.

With in-store pickup:
To request a return, clickhere . Visit your nearest store with the items you wish to return and your proof of purchase (the email for online purchases). You have up to 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order or from the date it arrives at the store to complete the corresponding form and process the return. If more than 14 calendar days have passed since the delivery or shipment of the items, the exchange or return will be canceled.

With courier to your home or delivery to a drop-off point:
To request a return, clickhere . Depending on your country, you can request a home collection, a drop-off label, or ship it back to us yourself. You have up to 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order or from the date it arrives at the store to complete the form and initiate the return.

The service costs €6.50 (home delivery) or €4.50 (drop-off point) in mainland Spain.
In all other destinations, the return shipping cost will be:
- Portugal: €8
- Rest of Europe: €20
What are the return conditions?
In order for us to approve the return, the items must:
– Be in perfect condition just as you received them, unused, unwashed, with the outer and inner tags.
– The footwear must retain its original packaging, in perfect condition.
– Accessories must be returned with their original packaging intact, if applicable.
Bikinis and swimsuits must retain their hygienic adhesive. This way you can try them on with the assurance that the fabric will not come into contact with your skin.
– Returns are only accepted for products purchased online. Online returns are not accepted for items purchased in a physical store.
– Returns that do not include the purchase receipt or order details may be subject to delays.
The Nook Store reserves the right to refuse returns reported or sent outside the set period (14 days), as well as items that are not in the aforementioned conditions, without prior acceptance by our customer service and review by our quality department.
Do we handle the collection for international orders?

Can I return an item purchased in a physical store?
Items purchased in physical stores must be returned to any of our The Nook Store locations (Seville, Madrid and El Puerto de Santa María).
– You have 14 days from receipt of the order or from when it arrives in store to make an exchange or return.
– You will need to present the original purchase receipt or, failing that, a gift receipt, and the items must be brand new. The full amount will be refunded via a voucher.
How long will it take to receive a refund?
If your return is accepted, you will receive a refund via your chosen method (original payment method, store credit, etc.). You will receive the refund or bank transfer within approximately 14 business days from the date we receive your return at our logistics center. Please note that the credit to your bank account always depends on your bank and may take a few days to appear in your account statement.
