Do I have to register to purchase?
No, you don't have to. Once you complete your first purchase, you'll be given the opportunity to register as our customer. Upon registration, you'll be asked for your identification information, as well as your billing and shipping addresses. Should I configure my browser to purchase?
Typically, you don't need to configure your browser settings to make a purchase. However, if you ever notice that the items you've chosen aren't appearing in your shopping cart, you'll need to configure the appropriate security level. You can find the privacy settings in the menu of your browser.
How can I cancel a purchase?

Credit/Debit Card

Paypal
PayPal is the world leader in online payments. We consider it the easiest, fastest, and most secure system, and it has the added advantage of being free for the customer.
Bizum
It's a secure method for paying in an online store because, first, the process is carried out within the bank's environment, thus being covered by the bank's guarantees and security measures. Second, as Bizum reports on its website, the service complies with Spanish and European security standards and is simultaneously working on implementing new measures to help protect its users.
SHIPPING
When will my order arrive?
The maximum estimated delivery time for an order is 2 to 5 business days after the order is completed.
How are orders shipped?
All orders are shipped via Nacex or DHL for international shipments. Once the order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days.
What do I do if I notice a defect?
Delivery is insured. If you notice any defects upon receiving the merchandise, you must report them to the delivery person at the time of delivery on their delivery slip. If this defect is noticed later, you must contact us within the next 72 hours to file a claim with the shipping company. After this period, we will not accept claims for breakage in the shipment.
How can I exchange an item?
You must contact us at attcliente@thenookstore.com and explain the reason for the change.
Shipping costs for exchanges are borne by The Nook Store, provided the exchange is for another item or size. If a refund is required, the cost of shipping the item will be borne by the customer.
In the event of a price difference in favor of the customer, the refund will be issued once the product has been received at our warehouse, and the amount will be credited to the account from which the transfer was made or to the card used for payment. For purchases made through PayPal or cash on delivery, the customer must provide us with the account or card number to which they would like the refund processed.
